Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags are intact

• You have the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

Non-returnable items include:

• Customized or made-to-order products

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If you receive a product that differs significantly from the description or photo on our website (e.g., wrong model, color, or missing features), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will review the issue and request supporting photos if needed.

• After we verify, we will offer a full refund or free replacement,

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or faulty item)

Exchanges
